Abstract
Završni rad proučava segment bankarskih poslova općenito, i onih prema Zakonu o obveznim odnosima (ZOO). U radu je prezentirana teorijska podloga o razvoju bankarskih poslova, te analiza i načini poslovanja banaka, sa dodanim praktičnim primjerima poslovanja. Analizirani su svi bitni faktori bankarskog poslovanja i obrađeni svi ugovori koji posluju prema Zakonu o obveznim odnosima.
Abstract (english)
This thesis analyses the segment of banking business in general, and those according to Civil Obligations Act (COA). The paper presents the theoretical background on the developmnet of banking business, as well as analyzes and ways of doing business of banks, with practical examples of business operations. All the essential factors of banking business were analyzed and all contracts under the Oblications Act were processed.
