Abstract
U ovom radu prezentirana je primjena ISO 20022 standarda na primjeru hrvatskih poduzeća, korisnika platnih usluga. ISO 20022 XML bazira se na setu pravila za unificiranu komunikaciju u financijskom sektoru, a ovaj rad obuhvaća poruke koje su implementirane kroz SEPA projekt u Republici Hrvatskoj u odnosu korisnik platnih usluga i pružatelj platnih usluga. SEPA regulativa propisuje da se ISO 20022 XML koristi za slanje i primanje skupnih platnih transakcija, ali ne propisuje tehnički način korištenja u svakoj organizaciji. Stoga je cilj ovoga rada prikazati opcije i načine na koje ovaj standard primjenjuju hrvatska poduzeća u svom redovnom platno prometnom poslovanju. Zbog činjenice da je obveza korištenja ovog standarda nastupila tek 05.06.2016., te da nisu provedena slična istraživanja u Republici Hrvatskoj, autorica kroz primarno istraživanje nastoji ocijeniti stupanj korištenja ovog standarda u hrvatskim poduzećima, te prikazati promjenu u odnosu na razdoblje prije implementacije u hrvatske sustave plaćanja.
Abstract (english)
This study analyses the level of ISO 20022 adoption in Croatian companies which are payment service users. ISO 20022 XML is based on a uniqe set of rules for communication in the financial service industry, so the scope of this study focuses on payment messages which have been implemented within SEPA project in the Republic of Croatia for Customer to Bank relationship. SEPA regulation states that the ISO 20022 XML is standard to be used for sending and receiving bundled payments, but it does not specify use of the standard inside the technical infrastructure of each organization. Therefore, the aim of this research is to review possibilities and methods of standard application in daily payment activities of Croatian companies. Based on the fact that the usage of this standard has become mandatory from 5th June 2016, and that there were no similar researches in Croatia, author through primary research evaluates the level of usage of this standard in Croatian companies and compares it with the period previous to implementation.
