Abstract
Upravljanje ljudskim resursima posebna je poslovna funkcija u poduzećima u kojoj se deriviraju te objedinjuju poslovi i zadatci vezani za ljudske resurse u poduzeću. Među poslovima i zadatcima menadžmenta ljudskih resursa u poduzeću jesu regrutiranje i razvoj zaposlenika. Regrutiranje je proces u kojem se utvrđuju potrebe za novim zaposlenicima te se pronalaze potencijalni kandidati. Proces započinje definiranjem te utvrđivanjem opće politike i strategije zapošljavanja. Slijedi utvrđivanje potrebe za zaposlenicima i uvjeta potrebnih za ispunjavanje slobodnih radnih mjesta. Zaposlenici se regrutiraju iz unutrašnjih i vanjskih izvora, odnosno unutar samog poduzeća i izvan njega. U praksi je najbolje da poduzeće kombinira unutarnje i vanjske izvore regrutiranja kadrova. Razvoj zaposlenika obuhvaća osposobljavanje zaposlenika za rad na nekim drugim radnim mjestima tako da zaposlenik stekne nova znanja, sposobnosti i vještine koje mu omogućavaju preuzimanje novih, složenijih pojava. Proces razvoja kadrova provodi se u pet faza, a to su utvrđivanje potreba, stvaranje klime za razvoj kadrova, utvrđivanje učinaka posla (putanja karijere), utvrđivanje individualnih učinaka (performansi) te plan napredovanja. Za potrebe završnog rada analiziran je proces regrutiranja i razvoja zaposlenika u hotelu Le Méridien Lav. Proces regrutiranja u tom hotelu počinje analizom radnog mjesta i planiranjem potreba za novim kadrovima. Zaposlenici se za rad na slobodnim radnim mjestima pokušavaju pronaći prvenstveno korištenjem internih, ali i unutarnjih izvora. Proces razvoja zaposlenika u hotelu Le Méridien Lav provodi se u pet faza, a to su utvrđivanje potreba, stvaranje klime za razvoj kadrova, utvrđivanje putanja karijere, utvrđivanje performansi te plan napredovanja. Razvoj karijere moguć je unutar samog hotela, ali je moguće i napredovanje na drugi posao u nekom drugom hotelu u grupaciji Marriott nakon što zaposlenik stekne nova znanja, sposobnosti i vještine koje mu omogućavaju preuzimanje novih, složenijih pojava.
Abstract (english)
Human Resource Management is a distinctive business function in companies that derive and unify human resources and tasks in the company. Among the jobs and tasks of human resource management in the company are recruiting and developing employees. Recruitment is a process that identifies the needs for new employees and finds potential candidates. The process starts with defining the general policy and employment strategy. The following is the defining the need for employees and the conditions required to fill vacancies. Employees are recruited from internal and external sources, ie within and outside the company. In practice, it is best for the company to combine internal and external sources of recruitment. Employee development involves training employees to work at other jobs so that an employee acquires new knowledge and skills that enable him to take on new, more complex tasks. The process of personnel development is carried out in five phases, namely identifying needs, creating a climate for staff development, determining the effects of a job (career path), determining individual performance and progress plan. For the purposes of this paper the process of recruitment and development of staff at Le Méridien Lav Hotel has been analyzed. The process of recruiting at this hotel starts by analyzing the workplace and planning the need for new employees. Hotel is trying to find new employees primarily using internal sources, but also internal sources. The process of employee development at the Le Méridien Lav hotel is carried out in five stages, namely identifying needs, creating an environment for staff development, determining career paths, determining performance and progress plan. Career development is possible within the hotel itself, but it is also possible to advance to another business in another Marriott hotel after the employee acquires new knowledge and skills that enable him to take on new, more complex tasks.
