Abstract
Plaća predstavlja iznos iznos novca kojeg poslodavac plaća zaposleniku za njegov obavljeni rad na temelju sklopljenog ugovora o radu. Poslodavac odreĊuje bruto plaću iz koje je potrebno isplatiti doprinose, porez i prirez,na temelju ĉega se dobije neto plaća koja se na kraju isplaćuje zaposleniku. Doprinosi se trebaju obraĉunati i uplatiti u trenutku isplate plaćeili sljedeći dan, ukoliko se to ne odradi na vrijeme, rok se produţuje do kraja mjeseca ili sljedeći dan. Cijeli obraĉun plaće potrebno je evidentirati u obrascu JOOPD kojeg zahtjevaju porezne uprave i mirovinska društva zbog voĊenja ispravnosti obraĉuna poreza i doprinosa.
Abstract (english)
The salary represents the amount of money the employer pays to the employee for his work on the basis of a concluded employment contract. The employer determines the gross salary from which contributions, taxes and surtax payments are to be paid, on the basis of which the net salary is paid out to the employee. Contributions should be calculated and paid at the time of payment paid the next day, unless this is done on time, the deadline is extended by the end of the month or the next day. The full salary calculation is to be recorded in the JOOPD form requested by tax administrations and pension companies for keeping the correctness of the tax and contribution calculation.
