Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je analiza poslovanja korištenjem financijskih pokazatelja odabranog poduzeća iz građevinskog sektora u Republici Hrvatskoj. Analiziralo se poslovanje građevinskog poduzeća „X” u promatranom razdoblju od 2017. godine do 2018. godine. Svrha je analizirati njegove financijske izvještaje pa je provedena analiza pomoću pojedinačnih pokazatelja te su se dobivene vrijednosti usporedile s financijskim pokazateljima konkurentskog građevinskog poduzeća „Y” te s tržišnim pokazateljima (BON – 1 ) u usporedbi s poduzetnicima iz iste vrste djelatnosti. Na temelju provedene analize, može se zaključiti da poduzeće „X” posluje uspješnije u odnosu na konkurenta i da, iako posluje s dobiti, likvidnost mu je manja od prosjeka tržišta te je treba po-boljšati.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to analyze the business using the financial indicators of the selected con-struction company in the Republic of Croatia. The business of construction company "X" was analyzed in the observed period from 2017 to 2018. The purpose is to analyze its financial state-ments, and an analysis was carried out using individual indicators that were obtained compared to the financial indicators of the competitive construction company "Y" and compared to entre-preneurs from the same activity (BON-1). After analyzing the obtained results, it can be concluded that company "X" is more successful than its competitor and that, although it performs profitaby, its liquidity is lower than the market average.
