Abstract
Troškovi su sastavni dio svakog poduzeća i poslovnog procesa. Troškovi su, uz imovinu, obveze, kapital, prihode i rashode, jedna od najvažnijih ekonomskih kategorija. U novije vrijeme poduzeća sve više teže praćenju i optimalizaciji troškova kao i kvalitetnom upravljanju troškovima koristeći brojne troškovne metode. U teorijskom dijelu rada detaljno je razrađen pojam troškova, njihova podjela i različite metode upravljanja troškovima. U istraživačkom dijelu rada provedena je analiza profitabilnosti na primjeru odabranih proizvoda poduzeća Encian d.o.o. Prikupljanjem i obradom podataka o prihodima i troškovima promatranog poduzeća dokazano je da su proizvodi koji generiraju najviše prihode najprofitabilniji.
Abstract (english)
Costs are an integral part of each company and every business process. In addition to assets, liabilities, capital, revenues and expenditures, costs are one of the most important economic categories. Nowdays, companies are seeking to find the best ways to monitor and optimise costs as well as provide quality cost management using a number of cost methods. The concept of costs, their division and different cost management methods are explained in the theoretical part of this paper. The profitability analysis was carried out in the research section of the paper on the example of selected products of the company Encian ltd. By collecting and processing data on revenues and costs of the observed company, it was demonstrated that the products that generate the highest revenues are the most profitable ones.
