Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je pobliže istražiti postoji li interes za suradnjom između ključnih dionika, da li bi suradnja pomogla boljem razvoju područja, mogućnost razvoja Poljica kao turističke destinacije, kojim sve resursima raspolažu Poljica. Svrha rada je dokazati da suradnja doprinosi razvoju turističke destinacije koja svojom ponudom može konkurirati drugima i saznati da li dionici na području Poljica surađuju. Turistička destinacija postoje temeljni institucionalni okvir u osmišljavanju koncepta održivog razvoja. Ona je optimalno kombiniran i tržišno prilagođen prostor koji razvojem važnih sposobnosti u destinaciji stvara pretpostavke da dugoročno postiže dobre turističke rezultate. Destinacijski menadžment je kontinuiran proces u kojem turistička industrija,vlada, lokalne samouprave i ostali subjekti usmjeravaju razvoj destinacije s ciljem ostvarivanja zajedničkog cilja. Lokalne samouprave su osnivači raznih turističkih organizacija koje su zadužene za promociju, stvaranje novih proizvoda, kreiranje razvojnih politika i dr. Poželjno je da se ovakve organizacije formiraju za područje više općina, gradova sukladno prostornim, kulturnim i drugim karakteristikama, neovisno o administrativnim granicama. Područje Poljica raspodijeljeno je na sedam jedinica lokalnih samouprava. Kako bi se Poljica razvila kao turistička destinacija, potrebno je uspostaviti suradnju između svih jedinica lokalne samouprave.
Abstract (english)
The main objective of this paper is to examine is there interest in cooperation between main stakeholders, whether cooperation will help to improve development of the area, the possibility of developing Poljica as tourist deatination, which resources are available in Poljica etc. The puropse of this paper is to prove that cooperation contributes to the development of a tourist destination and find out if stakeholders in Poljica are cooperating. Tourist destination is becoming institutional framework for designing the concept of sustainable development. It is an optimally combined and market adjusted space that develops important abilities in destination and creates the assumptions for achieving good results in long term. Destination management is continuous process in which tourism industry, government, local goverments and other entities direct the development of the destination with the aim of achieving the common goals. Local governments are the founders of various tourism organizations that are responsible for promotion, creating new products, creating developing policies etc. It is desirable that such organisations are formed for an area of multiple municipalities, towns according to space, cultural and other characteristics, regardless of administrative borders. The Poljica area is divided into seven local government units. In order to develop Poljica as tourist destination, it is neccesary to establish cooperation between all local government units.
