Women prevailed in the total population, but men predominated in entrepreneurship. More and more women are entrepreneurs and their voice is increasingly heard, but there are still many challenges and challenges ahead. Entrepreneurially active women are important generators of new employment and new values in the economy and society in general, and women's involvement in entrepreneurship is part of human rights. Starting their own business, women will not only provide themselves with financial independence but also provide other opportunities to work and make money together. Women entrepreneurs have their own personality in society and need to be empowered even more.
