Abstract
Upravljanje troškovima trebao bi biti jedan od glavnih prioriteta poduzeća, kako bi minimalizirao troškove i ostvario dobit. U ovom radu se analizira utjecaja troškova na poslovanje na primjeru poduzeća DrLuigi. Analizira se utjecaj fiksnih, vrijabilnih, implicitnih i eksplicitnih troškova na poslovanje poduzeća kako bi se donio zaključak o uspješnosti poslovanja i alokaciji resursa poduzeća. Doneseni zaključak je da poduzeće optimalno alocira svoje resurse i uspješno posluje.
Abstract (english)
Cost management should be one of the main priorities of the company, in order to minimize costs and make a profit. This paper analyzes the impact of costs on business on the example of DrLuigi. The impact of fixed, variable, implicit and explicit costs on the business of the company is analyzed in order to draw a conclusion about the success of the business and the allocation of company resources. The conclusion is that the company allocates its resources optimally and operates successfully.
