Abstract
Ovaj rad teorijski obrađuje ključne pojmove organizacije poslovanja na primjeru Poljoprivredne Zadruge Brachia. Zadruga koja se bavi poljoprivrednom djelatnošću te spaja tradicionalnu sadnju maslina na području otoka Brač i pretvaranje poslovne ideje u biznis. Cilja rada je kroz procese organizacije poslovanja pobliže objasniti kako zadruga funkcionira te koje su joj prednosti i mane. Kako bi neko poduzeće normalno i efikasno funkcioniralo nužno je da uspostavo određenu organizaciju svoga poslovanja. Loša organizacija dovodi do neekonomične upotrebe resursa, uz postavljenu misiju, viziju, ciljeve i strategiju poslovanja i pravilnu organizaciju resursa na pola puta ste do uspjeha. Pravilna organizacija rada, efikasna raspodjela zaposlenika i ostalih organizacijskih resursa ključni su faktor za uspjeh odnosno konkurentnost na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
This work discusses theoretically the key terms of business organization on Agricultural co-operative Brachia example. Brachia primary activity is agriculture and it combines traditional plants olive trees at island Brač and making the business idea works. The aim of the work is to through business organization processes define how Brachia works and what kind of advantages and disadvantages is dealing with. In order for a company to operate normally and efficiently, it is necessary to establish a specific business organization. Bad organizaton brings to uneconomical use of resources, with clear vision, mission, goals and business startegy good prepared organization of resources you are half way there. Good prepared organization, effective employee distribution and others organization resources are key factor for success or to be competative on market.
