Abstract
Predmet ovog istraživanja je utjecaj različitih determinanti potražnje na ponašanje potrošača pri kupnji mobilnih uređaja. Provedeno je anketno istraživanje na uzorku od 225 ispitanika u 2020. godini, pomoću kojeg se nastoji doći do jedinstvenog zaključka o promjeni potražnje uslijed djelovanja cijene, dohotka, supstituta, potrošačevih preferencija i stanovništva (društva) na ponašanje stanovnika grada Splita. Primijećeno je kako potrošačev dohodak u najvećoj mjeri uvjetuje intenzitet utjecaja ostalih determinanti potražnje. Stoga će potrošači sa nižim dohotkom, ujedno i manje važnosti pridavati utjecaju osobnih preferencija i društva, dok će oni sa višim dohotkom manje reagirati na supstitute, a više na osobne preferencije i na utjecaj društva. Rezultati istraživanja pak pokazuju kako cijena mobilnih uređaja i očekivanja o kretanju cijena, imaju najveći utjecaj na ponašanje potrošača, a time i na finalnu potražnju.
Abstract (english)
This research is focused on different determinants of demand on consumer behaviour while buying mobile devices. A survey was conducted on a sample of 225 respondents in 2020, in aim to reach a unique conclusion about the change in demand due to the effect of price, income, substitutes, consumer preferences and population on the behaviour of the inhabitants of the city of Split. It has been observed that consumer income largely determines the intensity and influence of the other determinants of demand. Therefore, consumers with lower income will also attach less importance to the influence of personal preferences and society, while those with higher income will react less to substitutes, and more to personal preferences and the influence of society. The results of the research show that the price of mobile devices and the expectations about price movements, however, have the greatest impact on consumer behaviour, and thus on the final demand.
