Abstract
Financijski izvještaji pokazuju kako poduzeće posluje, prikazuju njegovo stanje i njegovu uspješnost. Sastoje se od bilance, računa dobiti i gubitka, izvještaja o novčanom toku, izvještaja o promjenama kapitala, izvještaja o sveobuhvatnoj dobiti i bilješki uz financijske izvještaje. Analiza financijskih izvještaja se dijeli u dvije kategorije. Prvu kategoriju čine strukturni i komparativni financijski izvještaji, a drugu kategoriju čine financijski pokazatelji. Cilj rada je prikazati vertikalnu i horizontalnu analizu i financijske pokazatelje i na temelju toga analizirati poslovanje poduzeća Koestlin i Zvečevo. Za istraživanje su prikupljeni podatci iz 2017., 2018. I 2019. Godine. Na temelju svega analiziranog može se zaključiti da poduzeće Koestlin posluje povoljnije tijekom promatranog razdoblja.
Abstract (english)
The financial statements show us how the company operates, shows it`s state and it`s performance. They consist of the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, statement of comprehensive income, statements of changes in equiti and notes to the financial statements. The analisis of financial statements is divided in two categories. The first category consists of structural financial statements and comparative financial statements, and the second consists of financial indicators. The goal of this paper is to present vertical and horizontal analysis and financial indicators and based on that to analyze the business of Koestlin and Zvečevo. Data from 2017, 2018 and 2019 were collected for research. Based on everything that was analyzed, it can be concluded that Koestlin operates more favorably during the observed period.
