Abstract
Proces strateškog upravljanja prvi je korak strateškog menadžmenta. Tijek planiranja započinje dijagnosticiranjem faktora koji neposredno utječu na strategiju, njihovo filtriranje te generiranje. Proces strateškog upravljanja je proces važan za unaprjeđenje poduzeća i usmjeravanje ka boljem poslovanju. Poduzeće treba definirati ciljeve te imati resurse i vještine za njihovu izvedbu. Bitan faktor u cijelom procesu je odabir ljudskih resursa koji kreiraju i implementiraju samu strategiju. Istraživanjem će se utvrditi i analizirati oblici strateškog upravljanja na primjeru Zagrebačke banke d.d. te predložiti unapređenje procesa strategijskog menadžmenta u promatranom poduzeću.
Abstract (english)
The strategic management process is the first step of strategic management. The planning process begins by diagnosing the factors that directly affect the strategy, filtering them, and generating them. The process of strategic management is a process important for the improvement of the company and the direction towards better business. The company needs to define goals and have the resources and skills to perform them. An important factor in the whole process is the selection of human resources that create and implement the strategy itself. The research will determine and analyze the forms of strategic management on the example of Zagrebačka bank jsc. and propose the improvement of the strategic management process in the observed company.
