Abstract
U ovom radu istraženo je od čega se sastoji digitalizacija bankovnog poslovanja te koliko je diljem svijeta prisutna. Analizom suvremenog bankarstva utvrđeno je kako Hrvatska prihvaća digitalnu transformaciju u manjim razmjerima u odnosu na ostale zemlje Europske unije. Na to upućuju i brojke iz 2020. gdje se 50% hrvatskog stanovništva koristilo Internet bankarstvom, što je malo u usporedbi s Danskom, Islandom i Norveškom gdje je korištenost gotovo 100%. Međutim, kada se Hrvatska stavi u usporedbu s Crnom Gorom, Srbijom ili Bosnom i Hercegovinom koje zaostaju brojke su znatno bolje.
Abstract (english)
This paper investigates what the digitalization of banking operations consists of and how much it is present around the world. The analysis of modern banking has established that Croatia has accepted the digital transformation on a smaller scale compared to other European Union countries. This is indicated by the figures from 2020, where 50% of the Croatian population uses Internet banking, which is lower when compared to Denmark, Iceland and Norway, where the utilization is almost 100%. However, when Croatia is compared to Montenegro, Serbia or Bosnia and Herzegovina the impression is much better.
