Abstract
U ovome radu obrađen je i analiziran koncept integriranih marketinških komunikacija kao i oblici integrirane marketinške komunikacije – oglašavanje, osobna prodaja, unapređenje prodaje, direktni marketing, odnosi s javnošću i Internet marketing. Proučavana je primjena analiziranih komunikacijskih oblika u marketingu destinacije. Objašnjena je implementacija integriranih marketinških komunikacija na primjeru najuspješnije hrvatske destinacije – Dubrovnika. Uloga integriranih marketinških komunikacija očituje se u poticanju akcije ciljanih skupina, ostvarivanju sinergijskih učinaka i stvaranju dugoročnih odnosa s kupcima.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the concept of integrated marketing communications as well as forms of integrated marketing communications - advertising, personal sales, sales promotion, direct marketing, public relations and internet marketing. The application of the analyzed forms of communication in marketing destinations was studied. The implementation of integrated marketing communications is explained on the example of the most successful Croatian destination - Dubrovnik. The role of integrated marketing communications is manifested in encouraging the actions of target groups, achieving synergies and creating long-term relationships with customers.
