Abstract
Stres na radnom mjestu je nezaobilazan problem gotovo svakog poduzeća. Bez obzira na intenzitet stresa, on u određenoj mjeri štetno utječe na fizičke, psihičke i bihevioralne promjene kod ljudi. Pa tako stres donosi i rizik od obolijevanja od različitih bolesti. Izuzetno je važno na vrijeme otkriti uzročnike i prve simptome stresa te krenuti u prevenciju istih. Poslodavac ili menadžeri poduzeća bi se trebali brinuti o svojim zaposlenicima kako bi im sačuvali zdravlje i omogućili neometano obavljanje svojih radnih dužnosti. Stoga, cilj svake organizacije trebao bi biti rano otkrivanje stresora kao uzročnika stresa kod zaposlenika. U slučajevima kada stres već nastupi ili traje dogledno vrijeme, potrebno je problem riješiti razumnim akcijama ovisno o situaciji koja je prouzrokovala stres, ali naravno i učinkovitom komunikacijom između zaposlenika. Cilj završnog rada je istražiti definiciju i analizu stresa na radnom mjestu, utvrditi glavne uzroke i posljedice stresa. Svrha ovog rada je ukazati na važnost intervencije poslodavaca ili menadžera kod prevencije ili pak minimaliziranja stresa zaposlenika, ali i na učinkovito upravljanje stresom.
Abstract (english)
Workplace stress is an unavoidable problem for almost every business. Regardless of the intensity of stress, it has a detrimental effect on physical, mental, and behavioral changes in humans to some extent. So stress also brings the risk of getting various diseases. It is extremely important to discover the causes and the first symptoms of stress in time and start preventing them. The employer or company managers should take care of their employees in order to preserve their health and enable them to perform their work duties without interruption. Therefore, the goal of any organization should be the early detection of stressors as a cause of stress in employees. In cases where stress already occurs or lasts for the foreseeable future, it is necessary to solve the problem by reasonable actions depending on the situation that caused the stress, but of course by effective communication between employees. The aim of the final work is to investigate the definition and analysis of stress in the workplace, to determine the main causes and consequences of stress. The purpose of this paper is to point out the importance of the intervention of employers or managers in the prevention or minimization of employee stress, but also for effective stress management.
