Abstract
Ovaj rad se bavi tematikom utjecaja različitih vrsta komunikacijskog sadržaja na angažman korisnika društvenih mreža. Za društvene mreže se može reći da predstavljaju specifične internetske platforme putem kojih se svim korisnicima širom svijeta omogućuje stvaranje i dijeljenje sadržaja, ideja i informacija. Zbog mnoštva korisnika, društvene mreže su iznimno dinamične, a stvaranje, dijeljenje i komentiranje sadržaja je vrlo jednostavno te mnogima predstavlja oblik zabave i opuštanja. Početkom 2000-ih godina javlja koncept marketinga sadržaja (engl. content marketing). Marketing sadržaja predstavlja stvaranje i distribuiranje relevantnog komunikacijskog sadržaja kojemu je cilj da se privuće i potakne na angažman specifične cilje skupine. Društveni mediji i internetsko poslovanje uvelike su utjecali i na razvoj i korištenje CRM (engl. Costumer Relationship Management) strategije. Na svojim službenim stranicama tvrtke plasiraju sadržaj koji utječe na određenu razinu uključenosti potrošača ili angažmana korisnika. Autori Lee, Hosanagar i Nair istraživali su utjecaj različitih sadržaja na angažman korisnika te su utvrdili da je sadržaj povezan s imidžem marke, pri čemu su emocionalni i šaljivi sadržaji bili pozitivno povezani s većim angažmanom korisnika, dok je strogo informativni sadržaj imao manje utjecaj na angažiranost korisnika. Istraživačke hipoteze su u potpunosti potvrđene po pitanju vjerojatnosti angažmana uz različite vrste promotivnog sadržaja. Točnije, zaključak je da emocionalni i zabavni sadržaj utječe na drastično veći angažman od strogo informativnoga.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the topic of the influence of different types of communication content on the engagement of social media users. Social networks can be said to represent specific online platforms that allow all users around the world to create and share content, ideas and information. Due to the multitude of users, social networks are extremely dynamic, and creating, sharing and commenting on content is very simple and is a form of fun and relaxation for many. In the early 2000s, the concept of content marketing occurred. Content marketing represents the creation and distribution of relevant communication content aimed at attracting and encouraging the engagement of the specific objectives of the group. Social media and online business have also greatly influenced the development and use of CRM. Costumer Relationship Management) strategies. On their official website, companies make content that affects a certain level of consumer involvement or user engagement.Authors Lee, Hosanagar and Nair (2018) investigated the impact of different content on user engagement and found that content is linked to brand image, with emotional and humorous content positively associated with greater user engagement, while strictly informative content had less impact on user engagement. Research hypotheses are fully confirmed in terms of probability of engagement with different types of promotional content. More specifically, the conclusion is that emotional and entertainment content affects drastically greater engagement than strictly informative.
