Abstract
U suvremenom gospodarstvu promjene su izuzetno brze, kupac je informiran i sve više zahtjeva individualni pristup. Trend individualnog pristupa je ponajviše vidljiv u uslužnim djelatnostima, osobito u turističkom sektoru. Kako bi poslovni subjekti privlačili nove i zadržavali trenutačne kupce moraju „slušati“ zahtjeve kupaca. Kako bi poslovni subjekti opstali na današnjem dinamičnom tržištu moraju se kontinuirano mijenjati prema zahtjevima kupaca. Međutim, prethodno je potrebno stvoriti organizacijsku kulturu koja će poticati stalni napredak i razmišljanje o napretku. Alat koji omogućuje takvu organizacijsku kulture te donosi financijsku dobit i povećanje kvalitete je upravo Six Sigma. Problem ovog istraživanja je bio kako projektnim pristupom metode Six Sigma povećati kvalitetu ACI marine Dubrovnik što dovodi do povećanja zadovoljstva nautičara i prihoda ACI marine Dubrovnik. Cilj ovog istraživanja je bio da se na temelju dobivenih rezultata prihvati ili odbaci prethodno zadane hipoteze, odnosno dokazati da se korištenjem alata i tehnike Six Sigme može povećati kvaliteta te ostvariti povećanje prihoda. Naime, istraživanjem se željelo doći do odgovora da li se odabranim rješenjem povećava kvaliteta i prihodi ACI marine Dubrovnik. Nakon provedenog projekta i dobivenih rezultata u statističkom programu SPSS došlo se do zaključka da se primjenom metode Six Sigma, odnosno odabranim rješenjem postavljenog problema smanjuju projektne metrike. Projektne metrike su definirane kao propušteni prihod ACI marine Dubrovnik, što znači kako bi se primjenom odabranog rješenja povećala kvaliteta i prihodi ACI marine Dubrovnik te su se postavljene hipoteze prihvatile. Tijekom projekta su postojala određena ograničenja, međutim uključivanjem potencijalnih zakupnika ugostiteljskog i sportskog objekta te samih nautičara prikazani rezultati su vjerodostojni i reprezentativni. Slijedom svega navedenog može se zaključiti da je istraživanje bilo korisno za ACI marinu Dubrovnik te ukoliko se prihvate ponuđena rješenja kvaliteta ACI marine bi se povećala prema zahtjevima nautičara. Također, predstavljeni projektni pristup se može koristiti u budućim projektima ACI marine Dubrovnik, ali i kod unapređenja poslovanja drugih turističkih poslovnih objekata.
Abstract (english)
In the modern economy changes are extremely fast, buyer is informed, more and more requests individual approach. Trend of individual approach is most of all visible in service activities, especially in the tourism sector. How business subjective would attract new and held momentary buyers, they must “listen” customer requirements. How business subjects would survive in today’s dynamic marketplace, it must be continuously change according to customer needs. However, previously it’s necessary to create organizational culture, which will encourage steady progress and thoughts about progress. Tool that allows that kind of organization culture and brings financial gain and increase quality is just Six Sigma. The problem of this research is however project approach of the method Six Sigma to increase a quality ACI marina Dubrovnik leading to increased satisfaction of boaters and income ACI marina Dubrovnik. Objective of this study was to be based on finished results to accept or reject previously given hypothesis or prove to be using the tools and techniques, Six Sigma could increase quality and achieve an increase in revenue. Namely, through research they wanted to come with an answer whether the chosen solution is increasing a quality and revenues ACI marina Dubrovnik. After completion of project and obtained results in statistics program SPSS it was concluded that the method Six Sigma, and chosen solution to the problem and reduce project metrics. Projects metrics are defined as missed revenue ACI marina Dubrovnik, which means that to the application of the chosen solutions would increase quality and revenue ACI marina Dubrovnik and the proposed hypotheses were accepted. During project, there were restrictions, however limits potential tenant catering and sports facility and boaters themselves present the results that are credible and representative. Following all the above it can be concluded that the research was useful for ACI marina Dubrovnik and if quality solutions are accepted, ACI marina would increase towards requirements from boaters. Also, presented project approach could be used in future projects ACI marina Dubrovnik but also at improving other tourist business establishments.
