Abstract
Upravljanje ljudskim resursima kao poslovna funkcija objedinjuje poslove i zadatke vezane uz ljude, njihovo pribavljanje, odabir, obrazovanje i druge aktivnosti osiguravanja i razvoja zaposlenih. Glavni podsustavi funkcije ljudskih resursa mogu se svesti na zapošljavanje, profesionalni razvoj, poticanje uspješnosti na radu, otkrivanje menadžerskih potencijala i informiranje u području ljudskih resursa. Svaki podsustav sadrži niz procesa, nužnih za ostvarivanje funkcije ljudskih resursa. Zaposlenici i pitanje njihove motivacije je jedno od pitanja vezanih za poslovanje poduzeća koje su u posljednje vrijeme sve češće postavlja i sve više dobiva na značaju. Pored ostalih izazova u upravljanju koji se zbog toga postavljaju, postavlja se i pitanje kako motivirati zaposlene. Kada se na elementarne uvjete dodaju i posebne mjere za motiviranje zaposlenika, s punim se pravom i sigurnošću može očekivati kontinuirano poboljšanje poslovnih procesa i poslovnih rezultata. Naročito je to istaknuto u kompaniji Google, u kojoj je veoma važna motivacija i zadovoljstvo zaposlenika te se tome posvećuje velika pažnja menadžmenta.

Human resource management as a business function combines the activities and tasks related to people, their recruitment, selection, training and other activities aimed at the development of employees. The main subsystems of the human resource management can be reduced to the recruitment, professional development, encouraging success at work, disclosure of management resources and information in the field of human resources. Each subsystem contains a lot of processes which are necessary for the realization of the human resource management. Employees and their motivation is one of the question related to the operation of companies that have recently increasingly sets and is increasingly gaining in importance. Among other challenges in the management, there is the question of how to motivate employees. When the basic conditions are updated with special measures to motivate employees, with full rights and security company can expect continuous improvement of business processes and business results. In particular, it is pointed at Google, which is very important motivation and employee satisfaction.
