Abstract
U radu su definirani pojmovi informatičkih tehnologija, elektroničkog poslovanja i predstavljeni su oblici elektroničkog poslovanja. Prikazano je na koji način razvoj i implementacija tehnologije utječu na poslovanje poduzeća. Predstavljene su vrste bankovnih usluge i prikazan je njihov razvoj od tradicionalnih prema modernim bankovnim uslugama. Detaljnije su opisane bankovne usluge internet bankarstva, mobilnog bankarstva i bezkontaktnog plaćanja. U radu obrazloţena je vaţnost zadovoljstva kupaca za poslovanje banaka i dati su faktori utjecaja na njihovo zadovoljstvo. TakoĎer je na temelju uzorka preispitano zadovoljstvo bankovnih klijenata uslugama internet i mobilnog bankarstva te bezkontaktnog plaćanja.

This paper defines the terms of information technology, electronic commerce and presents forms of e-business. This paper presents how the development and implementation of technology affects the company's business. This paper presents types of bank services and shows their development from traditional to modern banking services. Internet banking, mobile banking and contactless payments are described in a more detailed way. This paper explains the importance of customer satisfaction for banks and provides the factors of influence on their satisfaction. This paper examines the customer satisfaction of internet banking, mobile banking and contactless payments.
