Abstract
U završnom radu prikazano je što su to konflikti i koja je njihova važnost u organizaciji. Provedeno je empirijsko istraživanje konflikata. U uvodu je navedeno što su to konflikti, koja je njihova važnost te struktura cijelog rada. U teorijskom dijelu rada detaljnije je navedeno što su to konflikti, koji su njihovi uzroci i vrste. Zatim podjela konflikata na faze te naposljetku i ono najvažnije, načini upravljanja konfliktima. Razumijevanje ovog dijela važno je jer objašnjava značenje konflikata koje je nužno poznavati da bi se mogao shvatiti istraživački dio rada. Na početku trećeg poglavlja nalazi se ukratko povijesni aspekt društva Jadranski luksuzni hoteli d.d. kojem je 2013. godine pripojen Hotel Kompas d.d. Nadalje naveden je povijesni, ekonomski i organizacijski aspekt Hotela Kompas Dubrovnik, nakon čega slijedi opis Restorana Sphere, čiji su zaposlenici predmet empirijskog istraživanja. Budući da su glavni predmeti istraživanja navedeni, u četvrtom poglavlju smješteno je empirijsko istraživanje koje se provelo putem ankete. Razrađeno je pet pitanja koja su vezana za sociodemografske podatke ispitanika, zatim trinaest pitanja pobliže vezana za same konflikte u organizaciji. Nakon istraživanja objašnjeni su prethodno postavljeni problemi i hipoteze. U konačnici nalazi se zaključak rada, navedena je literatura, popis slika, popis tablica te sažetak.
Abstract (english)
The final paper presents conflicts and their importance in organization. Empirical research was conducted. In the theoretical part are explained the meaning of conflicts, their causes and types. Afterward phase divison of conflicts and conflict management. This part is very important to comprehend because of the general understanding of this work. At the beginning of the third part are shortly given historical review of Jadranski luksuzni hoteli company which contains Hotel Kompas d.d. since 2013. Afterwards are stated historical, economical and organizational aspect of Hotel Kompas Dubrovnik. Also we can se a review of Restaurant Sphere and employees which are the main respondents of empirical research. Since the main subjects of this work are mentioned, in the fourth part are given empirical research which are conducted trough a survey. There are few questions related to sociodemographic structure and thirteen questions related to conflicts in organization. After the research, previously pointed out problems and hypotheses are explained. In the end of this work, after the conclusion cited was used literature, list of pictures, tables and summary.
