Abstract
Temeljni problem istraživanja je utvrđivanje značaja referentnih grupa na ponašanje potrošača pri kupnji glazbenih instrumenata. Naglasak je na različitim utjecajima referentnih grupa na pojedinca pri kupovini glazbenih instrumenata. Ciljevi rada su utvrditi koje referentne grupe i na koji način utječu na ponašanje potrošača pri kupovini glazbenih instrumenata, te slijedom dobivenih rezultata pružiti odgovarajuće smjernice marketinškim stručnjacima, odnosno praksi. Istraživanje je pokazalo da on-line grupe imaju najistaknutiji informacijski utjecaj na potrošače pri kupnji glazbenih instrumenata. Pokazalo se i da prijatelji imaju najizraženiji informativni. Kod obitelji pokazalo se da je najistaknutiji normativni utjecaj. Sveukupno dominantna skupina koja utječe na ponašanje potrošača pri kupnji glazbenih instrumenata su prijatelji. Na osnovu ovih rezultata izvedene su smjernice marketinškim stručnjacima. U zaključku su dane daljnje smjernice za buduća istraživanja.
Abstract (english)
The main research problem was to determine the impact of reference groups on consumer behavior while shopping for musical instruments. The emphasis was on different types of reference group influences on consumer behavior. The main goals of this study were to determine which reference groups and in what way impact consumer behavior while buying musical instruments, and also to give guidelines to marketing experts. Research shows that on-line groups have foremost informational influence on consumers while buying musical instruments. In addition, the results indicate that friends also have biggest informational impact on consumers, while family’s influence foremost is normative. In whole group of friends are the most dominant reference group influencing consumer behavior. Proposition were further deducted from this results. In conclusion were given tips for researches in future.
