Abstract
Financijska izvješća daju informacije o rezultatima poduzetih poslovnih transakcija osobama i organizacijama unutar, ali i izvan poduzeća. Analiza financijskih izvješća je dio poslovne analize te se provodi kako bi se pokazala ekonomske i financijske snage te mogućih perspektiva poduzeća. Predmet ovog rada je bila financijska analiza odabranih hotela Sunce koncern d.d.-a koristeći se njegovim temeljnim financijskim izvješćima za 2015., 2016. i 2017. godinu. Za procjenu uspješnosti poslovanja je korištena analiza putem financijskih pokazatelja. Cilj rada je bio prikazati važnost i vrste temeljnih financijski izvješća i metoda njihove analize te utvrditi uspješnost poslovanja odabranih hotela. Rezultati analize su pokazali slabosti po pitanju likvidnosti i ekonomičnosti financiranja. S druge strane pokazatelji aktivnosti imaju pozitivan trend rasta što ukazuje na sve bolju angažiranost imovine i veći stupanj njenog iskorištavanja.
Abstract (english)
The financial statements provide information on the results of business transactions to individuals and organisations inside and outside the enterprise. The analysis of financial statements is part of business analysis and it is made to show the economic and financial strenght and possible perspectives of the company. The subject of this paper was financial analysis of selected Sunce koncern p.l.c. hotels using its financial statements for 2015., 2016. and 2017. year. To evaluate the business success was used analysis through indicators. The aim of this paper was to show the importance and types of basic financial statements and the methods of their analysis, as well as the business success of selected hotels. The results revealed weaknesses in terms of liquidity and effectiveness of financig. On the other hand, activity indicators a positive upward trend which indicates an improved assets engagement and greater degree of its use.
