Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je utjecaj brendiranja na uspješnost poduzeća na tržištu smrznute hrane. Rad ponajprije prezentira teorijske spoznaje usko vezane za temu rada, a te spoznaje se odnose na teorijsko definiranje brenda, procesa brendiranja i pokazatelje uspješnosti poduzeća. Nadalje, u radu se putem anketnog istraživanja dolazi do zaključaka vezanih za utjecaj brendiranja na uspješnost poduzeća, analizira se marketinška strategija, utjecaj konkurencije na proces brendiranja, rejting poduzeća na tržištu rada te se dobivaju informacije o medijskoj zastupljenosti proizvoda.

The theme of this diploma thesis is the influence of branding on the performance of companies in the market of frozen food. This paper primarily presents theoretical findingst from areas closely related to the subject and knowledge related to the theoretical definition of branding, the branding process and performance indicators of enterprises. Furthermore, the paper through survey research leads to conclusions regarding the effect of branding on the success of the company, analyzes the marketing strategy, the impact of competition in the process of branding, rating companies on the labor market, and provides information about the media representation of the products.
