Abstract
Neprofitnim organizacijama se u trenutnom ekonomskom stanju ne posvećuje dovoljno pažnje te ne mogu konkurirati tvrtkama koje ostvaruju siguran prihod i profit koji ulažu u poslovanje pa tako i u marketinške aktivnosti. U ovom radu predstavljam Vam marketing neprofitne organizacije Splitskog dijabetičkog društva njegov dosadašnji rad, marketinški miks, analizu te predlažem buduće aktivnosti za postizanje uspješnijeg marketinga. A sama problematika rada prikazana je u nedovoljnoj upotrebi marketinga koji može znatno doprinjeti uspjehu Društva, povećanju broja članova i širenju znanja o dijabetesu. Rad započinje pojašnjenjem značenja i važnost neprofitnih organizacija odnosno definiranjem pojma neprofitne orgnizacije, njene važnosti, važnosti marketinga te ciljevima neprofitnih organizacija općenito. U nastavku je definirano Splitsko dijabetičko društvo, te pobliže opisani njegove ciljevi i aktivnosti kao i način rada i dosadašnje djelovanje. Objašnjene su i definirane sve komponente marketinškog miksa te je provedena SWOT analiza čije su snage, slabosti, prilike i prijetnje detaljno analizirane. Na temelju rezultata su predložene promjene i moguća unaprijeđenja marketinga Splitskog dijabetičkog društva. Vjerujem da će ova analiza pomoći vodstvu udruge pri donošenju budućih odluka usmjerenih prema marketinškim aktivnostima te da će moje smjernice pomoći uspješnosti Splitskog dijabetičkog društva.

Non-profit organizations in the current economic situation does not receive enough attention and can not compete with companies that generate secure income and profits that are invested in the business including marketing activities. In this paper I present you a marketing of nonprofit organization Split diabetic association; his previous work, marketing mix, analysis and submitted future activities to achieve successful marketing. Main issue of the work is shown in the lack of use of marketing that can significantly contribute to the success of the company, increasing the number of members and the dissemination of knowledge about diabetes. The paper begins with an explanation of the meaning and importance of non-profit organizations, respectively the definition of the term of non-profit organizations, its importance, the importance of marketing and the objectives of non-profit organizations in general. In continuation Split Diabetic Society is defined, its objectives, activities, manner of operation and the current actions are described in more detail. All components of the marketing mix are explained and defined as well as SWOT analysis of the whose strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are analyzed in detail. Based on the results, changes and possible improvements of marketing in Split diabetic society are proposed. I believe that this analysis will help leaders of the association in making future decisions aimed at marketing activities and that my guidelines will lead to effectiveness and success of the Split diabetic association.
