Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je prikazati važnost ulaganja u kadrove, da bi se poduzeće lakše i efikasnije nosilo s konkurencijom, te to prikazati na primjeru tvrtke HEP d.d. Ulaganje u kadrove, da bi bilo efikasno, mora se provoditi planski. Da bi se pravilno izvodila, obuka prolazi kroz svoje faze. Starta sa identifikacijom potrebe za obukom, nakon čega slijedi planiranje iste, treća faza je izvođenje obuke, te u konačnici završava evaluacijom izvršene obuke. Obuka se provodi na temelju dvije metode. Razlikujemo metodu obuke menadžerskih i nemenadžerskih kadrova. Metode obuke nemenadžera se dijele na obuku na poslu i izvan posla, dok prilikom obuke menadžera se koriste dvije grupe metoda, metoda obuke iskustvom na poslu i metode obuke iskustvom izvan poduzeća. U konačnici nakon uspješnog procesa obuke dolazi do napretka u karijeri. Pri planiranju vlastite karijere i želje za napredovanjem određenog pojedinca, rezultira time da poduzeću iz toga proizlaze kvalitetniji kadrovi koji će biti nositelji budućeg razvoja. U konačnici se može vidjeti da HEP d.d. ulaže u svoje kadrove, te to provode planski, čime jačaju svoj konkurentski položaj na tržištu. Pri ulaganju u svoje kadrove, vode računa o tome da maksimalno zadovolje i svoje zaposlenike da bi to u konačnici rezultiralo još boljim rezultatima.

Parallel abstract (English)
The aim of this paper is to show the importance of investing in human resources. In this paper its show an example od HEP company. Investing in human resource must be carried out systematically. The training is going through its phases. Starting with the identification of training needs, followed by planning of it, continue with the training accomplishment and ends with evaluation of training. Training is carried out using two methods of two methods. Its distinguish the method of training of managerial staff and non-managerial staff. Training methods non-managers are divided on training on the job and off the job, while in training managers used two groups of methods, methods of training experience at work and methods of training experience outside the company. Ultimately, after a successful training process comes to career advancement. When planning their own careers and aspirations for advancement of a particular individual, results in the company resulting from quality personnel who will be carriers of the future development. Ultimately it can be seen that HEP company invests in its personnel and to carry out planned, thereby strengthening its competitive position in the market. When investing in our staff, shall ensure that the maximum meet and their employees that would ultimately result in even better results.
