Abstract
Glavni cilj ovoga rada bio je dobiti jedan opći pogled na nautički turizam u segmentu chartera kao njene podgrane i istražiti karakteristike i posebnosti chartera kao neovisne grane turizma. Također, cilj je bio prikazati i njene nedostatke u vidu ponude, te potencijal za budući razvoj. U prvom dijelu rada predstavljeni su problem i predmet istraživanja, postavljene su istraživačke hipoteze, ciljevi i doprinos rada. Teorijski je definiran nautički turizam, njegove karakteristike i razni oblici, a zatim pomnije i charter turizam kao njegov poddio koji predstavlja glavni predmet ovoga rada. Predstavljeni su glavni pokazatelji smjera razvoja, trendovi i demografija gostiju ovog oblika turizma prema kojoj krojimo našu konačnu ponudu. U drugom dijelu rada navedeni su i definirani neki jedinstveni oblici integriranih proizvoda u charter turizmu kao primjer da je takav oblik poslovanja izrazito popularan i uspješan. Na kraju rada predstavljen je prijedlog jedinstvenog paket putovanja i njegov cjelokupni itinerar koji upotpunjuje razne oblike turizma s charter turizmom. Ovim dijelom pokušano je ukazati na ogroman neiskorišten potencijal turizma zbog nemogućnosti sagledavanja široke slike i stvaranja integriranih turističkih prizvoda.
Abstract (english)
The main objective of this study was to get a bigger picture of nautical tourism, especially in the area of the charter industry as its subbranch, its main characteristics and the specifics of charter as an independent industry. Apart from that, the goal was also to illuminate the main deficiencies in the area of supply and the potential for future development. The first part of the paper presents the problem and the subject of the research, research hypotheses, goals and contribution of work have been set. The theoretical part of tourism, its main characteristics and different forms have been analyzed, as well as charter tourism which represents the main subject of this work. The work presents the main trends in development, as well as the demographic statistic of the charter guests. The second part of the paper presents and analyzes some good examples of unique integrated products in the charter industry, which shows that such a business model is extremely popular and succesful. The last part of the paper presents a proposal for a unique packet-trip and its entire itinerary which unifies different types of tourism with charter tourism. The goal of this part is to illuminate the untapped potential of tourism because of the inability to look at a bigger picture of tourism as a whole and the opportunity to create unique integrated tourism products.
