Abstract
Kako bi se utvrdio utjecaj fiskalne politike na financijski sustav, potrebno je provesti analizu određenim metodama te prikazati određenim ekonomskim pokazateljima. Financijski sustav neke zemlje, nositelj je njenog rasta i razvoja. S obzirom na njegovu važnost, to je i jedan od najjače reguliranih sektora gospodarstva. Rad se bazira na utjecaju prihoda i rashoda na BDP. Empirijski dio istraživanja proveden je analizom financijskog sustava u RH za razdoblje od 2013.g. do 2018.g. metodom višestruke regresije. Kao nezavisne varijable uzeti će se u obzir prihodi i rashodi opće konsolidirane države. S aspekta prihoda promatrati će se porez na dohodak, porez na dobit, PDV, trošarine te socijalni doprinosi. S aspekta rashoda promatrati će se plaće, dobra i usluge, subvencije, socijalne naknade te kapitalne investicije kao zbroj kapitalnih rashoda i nabave nefinancijske imovine. Različitim statističkim metodama i testovima se došlo do zaključka da ekspanzivna fiskalna politika ne djeluje pozitivno na stabilnost financijskog sustava te da kontrakcijska fiskalna politika ne djeluje negativno na stabilnost financijskog sustava.
Abstract (english)
In order to determine the impact of fiscal policy on the financial system, it is necessary to conduct an analysis using certain methods and to present certain economic indicators. The country's financial system is the bearer of its growth and development. Given its importance, it is one of the most regulated sectors of the economy. The work is based on the impact of revenues and expenditures on GDP. The empirical part of the research was conducted by analyzing the financial system in the Republic of Croatia for the period of 2013. until 2018. multiple regression method. Independent variables will take into account revenues and expenditures of the general consolidated state. In terms of income, income tax, income tax, VAT, excise duty and social contributions will be observed. From the aspect of expenditures, salaries, goods and services, subsidies, social benefits and capital investments will be considered as a sum of capital expenditures and the acquisition of nonfinancial assets. Various statistical methods and tests have concluded that expansive fiscal policy does not act positively on the stability of the financial system and that contraction fiscal policy does not adversely affect the stability of the financial system.
