Abstract
Turizam, kao jedna od najbrže rastućih grana globalnog gospodarstva, danas doživljava mnoge promjene. Naglasak više nije na masovnom turizmu, nego na specijaliziranim turističkim proizvodima, koji će pridonijeti diferencijaciji ponude, a samim time i jačanju imidža neke destinacije. Specijalizirani turistički proizvodi pridonose smanjenju sezonalnosti, jer njihovom raznolikošću i pravilnim upravljanjem moguće je privlačiti turiste i izvan glavne sezone, što kod masovnog turizma nije bio slučaj. Na ovaj način povećavaju se i prihodi po turistu. UvoĎenjem više novih, posebnih proizvoda, turistu se daje mogućnost da svoj novac potroši i na neke dodatne sadržaje, a ne samo na osnovne usluge. Specijalizirani turistički proizvodi temeljeni na krajobrazu poseban su dio turističke ponude, koji svoju atraktivnost i vrijednost prije svega temelje na prirodnim ljepotama. Specijalizirani turistički proizvodi temeljeni na krajobrazu kao dodatna ponuda za goste hotela Brela, ali i one u ostalim smještajnim kapacitetima, mogu imati značajan pozitivan utjecaj na ukupan doživljaj Brela. Brela su malo mjesto, smještena su na području koje obiluje prirodnim posebnostima, pa je i logično da se daljnji razvoj turističke ponude usmjeri prema takvim proizvodima

Tourism, as one of the fastest growing branch of the global economy today is experiencing many changes. Accent is not any more on mass tourism, but on specialized touristic products which will contribute to the offer differentiation and to strengthening the image of destination. Specialized touristic products help reduce seasonality because by their diversity and proper management it is possible to attract tourists even out of main season and with mass tourism that was not the case. This way revenue per tourist is also increasing. By introduction of several new, specialized products, tourists are given the opportunity to spend their money on some additional activities, not just on main service. Specialized touristic products based on landscape are special part of touristic offer whose attractiveness and value are based on natural beauty. Specialized touristic products based on landscape, as additional offer for guests in hotels in Brela, as well as for guests in other accommodation facilities, can have a significant positive impact on the overall experience of Brela. Brela is a small destination, located in area that is rich with natural beauties, and it is logical that further development of touristic offer is based on that kind of products.
