Abstract
Temeljna svrha revizije je ispitati točnost, potpunost, zakonitost i vjerodostojnost određenih procesa, uglavnom financijskih izvješća i obaviti to na objektivan način. Revizija ispituje stvarno stanje financijskih izvještaja koja objavljuju poduzeća te ih ocjenjuje sukladno Međunarodnim revizijskim standardima. Izvješća o transparentnosti pridonose ugledu revizijskog društva, a na njih često njihovi klijenti obraćaju pozornost te na taj način donose odluke o suradnji s njima. Može se reći da izvješća o transparentnosti idu u prilog ugledu revizijskog društva, stoga se treba voditi računa o njihovoj kvaliteti, pripremi i prezentaciji. Današnja izvješća o transparentnosti uglavnom se fokusiraju na pružanje kvalitativnih elemenata i isticanje raznih financijskih podataka, a uz to, sve više se vodi računa i o pokazateljima kvalitete revizije. U ovom radu govori se o izvještaju o transparentnosti revizorskih društava kao načinu komunikacije te se analiziraju izvješća o transparentnosti odabranih revizorskih društava.
Abstract (english)
The fundamental purpose of auditing is to examine the accuracy, completeness, legality and credibility of certain processes of the company, mainly financial statements, and in objective way. An audit examines the true status of financial statements published by companies and evaluates them in accordance with International Standards on Auditing. Transparency reports contributes to the reputation of the audit firm, and often their clients pay attention to them, and according to them, they make decisions about cooperation. It can be said that transparency reports support the reputation of the audit firm, so their quality, preparation and presentation should be taken into consideration. Today's transparency reports mainly focus on providing qualitative elements and highlighting various financial information, and more and more are taking into account audit quality indicators. This paper discusses the transparency report of audit firms as a means of communication and analyzes the transparency reports of selected audit firms.
