Abstract
Istraživanje tržišta je sustavi, objektivni postupak dobivanja informacija koje služe za odlučivanje u marketingu. Osnovni zadatak istraživanja tržišta je osiguranje kvalitetnih informacija poduzećima o njihovim korisnicima, odnosno spoznaja o stavovima, preferencijama, zadovoljstvu njihovih potrošača i identificiranju potencijalnih kupaca, ono čini direktnu formalnu vezu između tržišta i poduzeća. Event management se može definirati kao organizacija eventa. Pod tim nazivom najčešće se podrazumijeva posebna pokroviteljska događanja koja plijene pažnju publike i medija. Organizacija eventa je timski rad, te je za njegovu uspješnu izvedbu potrebno dobro planiranje i organizacija. Nakon realizacije eventa utvrđuje se da li su ostvareni zadani ciljevi. Organizacija Ultra Music festival primjer je dobre organizacije i marljivosti cijelog tima suradnika koji zajedno rade kako bi festival svake godine bio još i bolji.

Market research is systematic, objective method for making the information used for decision making in marketing. The main task of marketing research is to provide quality information to companies about their customers or knowledge about the attitudes, preferences, satisfaction of their customers and identifying potential customers, it makes a direct formal link between markets and companies. Event management can be defined as the organization of the event. This name most often involves special patronizing events that attract the attention of the audience and the media. The organization of the event is a team effort, and for its successful implementation required good planning and organization. After the realization of the event is determined by whether they achieved the set objectives. The organization of the Ultra Music Festival is an example of good organization and hard work of the entire team of associates who work together to make the festival better every year then it was the year before.
