Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je prikazati sve aspekte implementacije sustava e-HRM za kontrolu ljudskih resursa. Rad sadrži istraživanje provedeno u Hrvatskoj na temelju kojeg možemo zaključiti da prakse menadžmenta ljudskih resursa nisu efikasno iskorištene. Predstavljene su sve funkcije i aktivnosti e-HRM sustava te njihov pozitivni i negativni utjecaj na organizacije i zaposlenike. Također, rad se osvrće na važnost organizacijske klime i kulture prilikom implementacije e-HRM sustava. U konačnici rad prikazuje da korištenje tehnologije unutar menadžmenta ljudskih resursa ne mora isključivo značiti povećanu efikasnost za organizacije. Zbog toga su u radu identificirane sve prepreke i preduvjeti za uspješnu implementaciju i korištenje e-HRM sustava.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to present all aspects of the implementation of the e-HRM human resources control system. This paper contains research conducted in Croatia based on which we can conclude that human resource management practices are not used effectively. All functions and activities of the e-HRM system and their positive and negative impact on employee's and organizations are presented. This paper also looks at the importance of organizational climate and culture in the implementation of e-HRM systems. Ultimately, the paper shows that the use of technology within human resource management does not necessarily mean increased efficiency for organizations. Therefore, the paper identifies all obstacles and prerequisites for the successful implementation and use of e-HRM systems.
