Abstract
Kroz ovaj završni rad definirano je što su agencije za posredovanje u prometu nekretnina i kako stječu status agencije, a glavni cilj rada je utjecaj informacijske tehnologije na poslovanje agencija. Na početku rada opisan je proces prodaje nekretnina u RH te zakonski okviri unutar kojih se proces odvija. Razjašnjeni su pojmovi agencije za posredovanje u prometu nekretnina i agent posredovanja u prometu nekretnina te kako stječu svoje statuse. Opisom stručnog ispita za agenta posredovanja u prometu nekretnina spominju se svi važni pojmovi koji su potrebni posredniku u njegovom poslovanju. Na kraju rada obrađuje se već spomenuti glavni cilj putem opisivanja glavnih tehnologija koje su prisutne u svakodnevnom poslovanju agencije za posredovanje u prometu nekretnina.
Abstract (english)
Through this paper it is defined what real estate agencies are and how they acquire thir status, the main goal of the paper is the impact of information technology onthe agency's business. The process of real estate sale in Republic of Croatia and the legal framework in which the proces takes place are described in the beginning of the paper. We explain the terms of real estate agency, real estate agent and the proces of acquiring their status. The description of the professional exam for real estate agent describes all the important terms that an agent needs to know in his business. At the end of the paper the already mentioned main goal is processed by describing the main technologies that are present in the day to day business of a real estate agency.
