Abstract
Problem istraživanja ovog rada leži u činjenici kako je teško oblikovati organizaciju, njenu strukturu i poslovne funkcije koje će u svakom trenutku biti odgovarajuće za tržište. Naime, situacija na tržištu svakodnevno se mijenja. Potrebno je uspostaviti organizaciju koja će se moći prilagođavati promjenama i koja će u svakom trenutku moći odgovoriti na izazove s tržišta. Predmet istraživanja ovog rada odnosi se na analizu poduzeća Villa Dinka. Cilj je ovog istraživanja definirati osnovne značajke glede organizacije, organizacijske strukture i organizacijskih funkcija. Svrha je ovog istraživanja teorijski koncept primijeniti na konkretan primjer iz prakse za koje je odabrano poduzeće Villa Dinka.
Abstract (english)
The problem with research lies in the fact that it is difficult to shape an organization, its structure and business functions that will be appropriate for the market at all times. The market situation is changing every day. It is necessary to establish an organization that will be able to adapt to change and that will be able to respond to market challenges at any time. The subject of the research refers to the analysis of the company Villa Dinka. The aim of the research is to define the basic characteristics regarding the organization, organizational structure and organizational functions. The purpose of the research is to apply the theoretical concept to a concrete example from practice for which the company Villa Dinka was selected.
