Abstract
Cjenovna diskriminacija podrazumijeva zaračunavanje različitih cijena koje nisu popraćene promjenom troškova. Cilj svakog monopolskog poduzeća je maksimizirati svoje profite, koje provode kroz tri stupnja diskriminacije cijena. Ova praksa se moţe sagledati kroz pozitivne i negativne strane. Prednosti bi bile da bi povećanjem profita potakla nova ulaganja i određene skupine uţivaju pogodnosti niţih cijena. Nedostaci bi bili da određene skupine plaćaju veće cijene, potencijalno je nepošteno trţišno natjecanje i nastoji se preuzeti što veći potrošačev probitak. Svaki oblik cjenovnog diskriminiranja na temelju vjerske opredijeljenosti, spola, rase je strogo zabranjen. U okviru poštovanja pravila trţišnog natjecanja i nenanošenja direktne štete potrošačima, prodavateljima je dozvoljeno vlastito određivanje cijene.
Abstract (english)
Price discrimination involves charging different prices that are not accompanied by a change in costs. The goal of every monopoly company is to maximize its own profits, which it pursues through three levels of price discrimination. This practice can be seen through the positive and negative sides. The advantages would be to increase the profit margin of new investments and certain groups enjoy the benefits of lower prices. The disadvantages would be that certain groups pay higher prices, competition is potentially unfair, and tend to take on higher consumer profits. Any form of total discrimination based on religious affiliation, gender and race is strictly prohibited. As part of respecting competition rules and not causing direct harm to consumers, sellers are allowed to set their own prices.
