Abstract
Zbog jake konkurencije kojom su danas poduzeća okružena, kroz strategije koje razvijaju pokušavaju postići i one minimalne prednosti u odnosu na konkurenciju. U toj borbi za opstanak, daljnji razvoj i ostvarenje profita upravo je upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima prepoznato kao moćan alat za postizanje uspješnosti i poslovne učinkovitosti poduzeća. Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima podrazumijeva koncept, tehnike i funkcije koje je potrebno provesti u poduzeću da bi se naglasio činitelj „čovjek“ u menadžmentu, a obično obuhvaća pribavljanje i odabir kadrova, uvođenje u posao, motiviranje, razvoj karijere, obrazovanje, napredovanje i ocjenjivanje uspješnosti. ELOS d.o.o. je specijalistička tvrtka u privatnom vlasništvu koja uspješno posluje na području rasvjete i elektromaterijala. Zahvaljujući primjerenom i dobro razrađenom sustavu upravljanju ljudskim potencijalima ovo moderno poduzeće uspješno se nosi s konkurentskim izazovima, a ključ za sučeljavanje s njima je tim mladih stručnih ljudi visokog obrazovanja.

Due to the strong competition that today companies are surrounded, through strategies that develop are trying to achieve and the minimal advantages over the competition. In this struggle for survival, the further development and profit-administration management of human resources is recognized as a powerful tool to achieve effectiveness and efficiency of business enterprises. Human resources management involves the concept, techniques and functions that must be performed in the company to emphasize the factor "man" in management, but usually includes recruitment and selection of personnel, the introduction of the job, motivation, career development, training, promotion and performance evaluation. ELOS doo the specialist privately owned company that has been operating successfully in the field of lighting and electrical materials. Thanks to an appropriate and well-developed system of human resource management this modern enterprise successfully cope with competitive challenges, and the key to deal with them is a team of young professional people of higher education.
