Abstract
Upravljanje poduzećima kroz primjenu menadžerskih funkcija predstavlja glavnih oblik poslovanja. No unatoč potrebi za neprekidnošću izvršavanja tih funkcija, one također iziskuju konstantnost unaprjeđivanja i inovacije u načinu njihove primjene. Konačni ciljevi svakog poslovnog subjekta se mogu sažeti u jedan jedinstveni, maksimalizacija poslovnog učinka. Korak ka ostvarivanju istog predstavlja odabir odgovarajućeg ljudskog kadra koji kvalitetom ispunjavanja svojih radnih zadataka dirigira smjer u kojem napredak poduzeća ide. Važnost prepoznavanja početnog znanja i potencijala za učenje kod zaposlenika već u ranom stadiju selekcije kandidata stvara veliku prednost za poduzeće te olakšava upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima. Kroz ovaj rad je analiziran način primjene aktivnosti kadrovske funkcije koji potpomaže stvaranju uspjeha u poduzeću. Na primjeru putničke agencije „Eridan d.o.o.“, Split prikazana je važnost prepoznavanja vrijednosti zaposleničkog kolektiva kao jednog od aspekata poduzeća koji usmjerava sve naredne odluke te, među ostalim, definira poduzeće kao cjelinu.
Abstract (english)
Managing companies through the application of managerial functions is a major form of business. But despite the need for continuity in the performance of these functions, they also require constant improvement and innovation in the way it is applied. The ultimate goals of each business entity can be summarized in a single, maximizing business performance. The step towards achieving the same is the selection of the appropriate human staff who, by the quality of fulfilling their work tasks, directs the direction in which the company's progress is going. The importance of recognizing the initial knowledge and learning potential of employees at an early stage of candidate selection creates a great advantage for the company and facilitates human resource management. Through this paper, the way of applying the activities of the personnel function that helps to create success in the company is analyzed. On the example of the travel agency "Eridan d.o.o.", Split, the importance of recognizing the value of the employee collective as one of the aspects of the company that directs all subsequent decisions and, among other things, defines the company as a whole.
