Abstract
Planiranje kadrova se obično definira kao proces anticipacije i stvaranja brige za kretanje ljudi u poduzeću, unutar poduzeća i izvan poduzeća, sa svrhom da se osigura raspolaganje potrebnim brojem i strukturom zaposlenih, kao i njihovo optimalno korištenje. Proces regrutiranja kadrova može počivati na ad-hoc pristupu i na planskom pristupu. Ad-hoc pristup označava anarhiju u upravljanju poduzećem, pa stoga on može biti samo slučajnost, a nikako princip ukoliko poduzeće namjerava efikasno poslovati. Planski se pristup stoga nameće kao nezaobilazan uvjet svakog uspješnog menadžmenta, a planiranje kadrova se manifestira kao temelj regrutiranja kadrova. Selekciju je moguće provoditi na dva načina: prvi je način da se ispituju osobine, sposobnosti i znanje kandidata kako bi se utvrdilo koji od njih posjeduje minimum zahtjeva posla. Izbor se vrši između onih koji posjeduju taj minimum, dok se ostali kandidati isključuju iz daljnjeg postupka izbora. Drugi je način da se najprije ispitaju osobine, sposobnosti i znanja kandidata koja zahtjeva dotični posao. Zatim se izrađuje rang lista kandidata s obzirom na pokazane rezultate u psihološkom ispitivanju. Izabiru se oni kandidati koji imaju najviše rangove na rang listi. Poduzeće Credo Centar d.o.o. posluje u dva salona u najvećim hrvatskim gradovima, Zagrebu i Splitu i tako se nalazi na vodećoj poziciji u svom tržišnom okruženju u cijeloj Hrvatskoj. Poduzeće se bavi prodajom široke palete proizvoda vrhunskih svjetskih proizvođača pločica te oprema za kupaonice. U poduzeću je trenutno zaposleno 21 osoba. Djeluje od 1994. godine i od tad pokazuje pozitivne poslovne rezultate, izdiže se iznad konkurencije, a to najviše prepisuje kvalitetnoj ponudi, pristupačnim djelatnicima te praćenju noviteta.

Planning staff is usually defined as the process of anticipation and creating worries for the movement of people in the company, within the company and outside the company, with the purpose to ensure the availability of the required number and structure of employees, as well as their optimal use. The process of recruitment of staff can be based on an ad-hoc approach to the planning approach. Ad-hoc approach means anarchy in the management of the company, so it may just be a coincidence, and not the principle, if the company intends to operate efficiently. The planning approach is therefore emerging as an indispensable requirement of any successful management and planning of human resources is manifested as the basis of recruitment of staff. The selection can be performed in two ways: the first is a way to examine the characteristics, skills and knowledge of candidates to determine whether they possess the minimum requirements of the job. Selection is made between those who have the least, while the other candidates excluded from further selection procedure. Another way is to first examine the characteristics, skills and knowledge of candidates requiring those services. Then, establish a ranking list of the candidates with regard to the results shown in the psychological test. The elected candidates who have the highest ranks in the rankings. The company Credo Centar d.o.o. operates in two salons in major Croatian cities , Zagreb and Split and it is in the leading position in its market environment in whole Croatia. The company specializes in selling a wide range of products of top world manufacturers of tiles and accessories for bathrooms. The company currently employs 21 people. It operates since 1994. and since then shows positive results, rises above the competition, the company overwrites that to its first class , affordable workers and monitoring novelties.
