Abstract
Na temelju financijskih izvještaja u ovom se radu analizirala i mjerila uspješnost poduzeća Konzum d.d. da bi se ocijenila kvaliteta poslovanja. Pri tome su se koristili različiti analitički postupci, poput horizontalne i vertikalne analize. Radi postizanja bolje kvalitete analize poslovanja poduzeća koristili su se i pokazatelji uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća. Analizirani su pokazatelji likvidnosti, zaduženosti, aktivnosti, ekonomičnosti i profitabilnosti. Provedena je statistička analiza financijskih izvještaja poduzeća Konzum d.d. i odabranih konkurenata. Nakon trend analize, klasifikacije cluster metodom i rangiranja Promethee II metodom utvrđeno je da iako poduzeće posluje s profitom i zauzima najveći udio na tržištu, nešto je niže rangirano u odnosu na odabrane konkurente u industriji trgovine na malo. Ipak je evidentan stabilan položaj na tržištu.

Parallel abstract (English)
Based on financial statements of the company Konzum d.d., the performance of the same company has been observed and measured. Through analising, there have been used different analytical methods, such as horizontal and vertical analysis. In order to achieving better quality of business analysis, there were also used indicators of business enterprises. These indicators were analised: liquidity ratios, debt indicators, indicators of activity, indicators of efficiency and profitability indicators. A statistical analysis of the financial statements of the company Konzum d.d. and selected competitors has been created. After appropriate tests of trend, cluster classification and ranking method PROMETHEE II, it was found that although the company makes profit and occupies the largest market share, it was ranked lower than expected in comparison with selected competitors. Despite that it shows stable position on the market.
