Abstract
Ovaj završni rad je koncipiran kao poslovni model u vidu otvaranja putničke agencije „Magical tour“čije je područje specijalizacije generacija z. Izrada poslovnog plana je prvenstveno zahtijevala ispitivanje turističkih proizvoda koji motiviraju pripadnika generacije z za odlazak u konkretnu destinaciju, te naknadno pozicioniranje ponude na geografsko područje koje bi u potpunosti zadovoljilo potrebe specifične tržišne skupine. Nastavno je izvršena analiza stanja u segmentu pustolovnog turizma na području Jadranske Hrvatske . Cilj poslovnog modela jest dati odgovore na ključna pitanja u vidu inovativnosti, jedinstvenosti i isplativnosti ideje te je u svrhu istog izvršena analiza ponude, potražnje, konkurencije i okoline. Zaključno je izvršena tehničko- tehnološka i ekonomska analiza u cilju ispitivanja mogućnosti implementacije poslovne ideje u realni poduzetnički pothvat.
Abstract (english)
This final work is conceived as a business model in the form of opening a travel agency "Magical tour" whose area of specialization is generation z. The development of the business plan primarily required the examination of tourist products that motivate a member of generation z to go to a specific destination and subsequent positioning of the offer to the geographical area that would fully meet the needs of a specific market group. The analysis of the situation in the segment of adventure tourism in the area of Adriatic Croatia was further performed. The aim of the business model is to provide answers to key questions in the form of innovation, uniqueness and cost-effectiveness of the idea and for the same purpose an analysis of the offer, request, competition and the environment was performed. Finally, a technical-technological and economic analysis was performed in order to examine the possibility of implementing a business idea into a real business venture.
