Abstract
Predmet ovog završnog rada baziran je na implementaciji metoda strateške analize. Strateška analiza uključuje skup analiza, metoda i tehnika kako interne tako i eksterne okoline. Analizom se namjerava utvrditi gdje se poduzeće nalazi na tržištu te formulirati strategiju koja će omogućiti bolje poslovanje poduzeća. Strategija predstavlja ključni element u stvaranju konkurentske prednosti svakog poduzeća. Poduzeće ima direktan utjecaj na internu okolinu te je ona u potpunosti pod utjecajem poduzeća dok se eksternoj okolini treba prilagoditi te na nju ne može utjecati. Za analizu okoline koriste se razne tehnike i metode,a na osnovi prikupljenih rezultata razvijaju se strategije kako bi omogućile bolje poslovanje poduzeća te opstanak na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final paper is based on the implementation of strategic analysis methods. Strategic analysis includes a set of analyzes, methods and techniques of both internal and external environments. The analysis is intended to determine where the company is in the market and formulate a strategy that will enable better business operations of the company. Strategy is a key element in creating a competitive advantage for any company. The company has a direct impact on the internal environment and it is completely influenced by the company, while the external environment needs to be adapted and cannot be influenced. Various techniques and methods are used for the analysis of the environment, and based on the collected results, strategies are developed to enable better business operations and survival in the market.
