Abstract
Cilj ovog rada odnosi se na istraživanje motiviranosti zaposlenika Ju „Nacionalni park Krka“ vodstvom. Kako je već utvrđeno, svrha motivacije je poticati zanimanje ljudi na maksimalno uključivanje u radni proces, odnosno sudjelovanje u ostvarenju samog cilja organizacije. Uspješne organizacije nema bez uspješnog vodstva. Vodstvo treba bit i sposobno motivirati podređene, riješiti sukobe među zaposlenima te savladati otpor zaposlenih prema reorganizaciji odjela. Unutarnje ustrojstvene jedinice povezane su u Ustanovu kao cjelinu te međusobno neposredno surađuju na ostvarivanju djelatnosti, odnosno programa zaštite, očuvanja i promicanja Nacionalnog parka u cilju postizanja što više razine stručnog rada i što boljih rezultata rada.Stoga je važno voditi dobru poslovnu politiku koja kreće od samog unutarnjeg ustroja Ustanove pri čemu je za njen opstanak važna motivacija zaposlenih. Provođenjem ankete nad 76 ispitanika, u trajanju od mjesec dana, dolazi se do zaključka da su zaposlenici ove Ustanove izuzetno zadovoljni načinom na koji se upravlja organizacijom. Istraživanje je pokazalo da vodstvo većim dijelom korektno raspodjeljuje zadatke i zaduženja te da na sposoban način upravlja svojom radnom grupom. Vodstvo ove Ustanove potiče suradnju i timski rad te cijeni profesionalnost i motiviranost svojih zaposlenika. Ono što je bitno za daljnji napredak svake organizacije, pa tako i Ju „Nacionalni park Krka“, je da vodstvo prilikom donošenja odluka uvažava prijedloge zaposlenika, s obzirom na karakter djelatnosti Ustanove. Zaposleni su većinom motivirani visinom svoje plaće. Kontrola zaposlenika je vrlo visoka što ukazuje na njenu izuzetnu važnost jer se na taj način postiže kvalitetna reorganizacija rada i mogućnost funkcioniranja svih organizacijskih jedinica. Ju „Nacionalni park Krka“ ulaže u znanje svojih zaposlenika održavanjem seminara i raznih edukacija kako bi se pratili svi svjetski trendovi, a posjetitelju pružao nezaboravan boravak u prirodnim ljepotama Lijepe naše.

The goal of this graduate work is researching employees motivation in National Park Krka. As we already mentioned, purpose of motivation is to encourage employees in engaging in working process, and participating in acomplishment of organizational goals. There is no succesfull organization without succesfull leadership. Leadership has to be capable to motivate other employees within the company, deal with issues between other employees, and supress resistence of employees when it comes to reorganizing business in departments. Internal business units are connected in an establishment that collaborate in order to accopmlish business program of protection, preservation and promotion of National park. The goal is to maintain highest level of professional work and the best working result. It is very important to maintain good business policy that comes within the organization and the key factor in perserving that policy is motivation of employees. According to survey that was conducted within 76 people, in a period of one month, I came accross conclusion that employees of this establishment are very satisfied with organizational management. The research showed proper allocation of tasks and assigments and good leadership of working group. Leadership of this business encourage cooperation and team work and appreciate profesional approach and motivation of employees. One thing that is crucial in every business to have continued progress, same for National park Krka, is to accept propositions and ideas of employees. Employees are mostly motivated with higer salary. There is very high level of control of employees which indicates importance of that process that helps to reorganize work and possibility of functioning all organizational units. National Park Krka is investing in knowledge of their employees by conducting seminars and different educations so they can follow world's trends and give their visitors unforgetable experince in beautiful nature of Croatia.
