Abstract
Optika Anda započinje svoje djelovanje davne 1999. godine i kroz svoje dugogodišnje poslovanje Optika Anda je od male obiteljske tvrtke za prodaju sunčanih naočala, zahvaljujući jasnoj poslovnoj viziji, striktno provođenoj strategiji i promišljenom investiranju uspjela izrasti u jedan od vodećih optičkih lanaca na tržištu Republike Hrvatske. To da je glavni lider na tržištu pokazuju i pokazatelji uspješnosti poslovanja izračunati u ovom radu. Kroz 2016. godinu otvorene su nove poslovnice Optike Anda u hotelu Le Meridien Lav, u Makarskoj, Dubrovniku, Zadru i Zagrebu. S početkom 2018. godine Optika Anda svoja vrata otvara i u Šibeniku. U 2019. godini Optika Anda otvara svoju prvu poslovnicu u Trogiru, a kulminacija napornog rada se vidi krajem godine kada u Zagrebu u Ilici otvara najveću optiku na području Republike Hrvatske. U 2020. godini Optika Anda, unatoč izazovnom periodu uslijed globalne pandemije, otvorila je sveukupno šest poslovnica. Stabilan rast omogućio je nastavak poslovne strategije i ekspanziju maloprodajne mreže diljem Hrvatske. Pokazatelji koji su pokazali uspješnost poduzeća Anda u ovom radu od 2016. godine do 2020. godine su likvidnost, zaduženost, aktivnost, ekonomičnost i profitabilnost.
Abstract (english)
Optika Anda started its operations back in 1999 and through its long-term business Optika Anda has grown from a small family company for the sale of sunglasses, thanks to a clear business vision, strictly implemented strategy and thoughtful investment to grow into one of the leading optical chains in Croatia. The fact that the main market leader is shown by business performance indicators calculated in this paper. In 2016, new branches of Optika Anda were opened in the Le Meridien Lav hotel in Makarska, Dubrovnik, Zadar and Zagreb. At the beginning of 2018, Optika Anda was open its doors in Šibenik as well. In 2019, Optika Anda was open its first branch office in Trogir, and the culmination of hard working was seenable at the end of the year when it opens the largest optician in the Republic of Croatia in Ilica, Zagreb. In 2020, Optika Anda, despite a challenging period due to the global pandemic, opened a total of six branches. Stable growth has enabled the continuation of the business strategy and the expansion of the retail network throughout Croatia. The indicators that showed the success of Anda in this work from 2016 to 2020 are liquidity, indebtedness, activity, economy and profitability.
