Abstract
U prvom dijelu završnog rada obrađene su vrste i elementi financijskih izvještaja i postupci u analizi financijskih izvještaja. Financijski izvještaji su poslovni dokumenti koji daju informacije o financijskom položaju i financijskoj uspješnosti poduzeća. Godišnji financijski izvještaji su: bilanca, račun dobiti i gubitka, izvještaj o ostaloj sveobuhvatnoj dobiti, izvještaj o novčanim tokovima, izvještaj o promjenama kapitala i bilješke. Financijski izvještaji uspoređuju se horizontalnom analizom, vertikalnom analizom i analizom pomoću financijskih pokazatelja. Financijski pokazatelji su: pokazatelji likvidnosti, pokazatelji zaduženosti, pokazatelji aktivnosti, pokazatelji ekonomičnosti, pokazatelji profitabilnosti i pokazatelji investiranja. U drugom dijelu završnog rada analizirano je poslovanje Hrvatskog Telekoma i Optima Telekoma. Provedenom analizom utvrdilo se da Hrvatski Telekom uspješnije posluje od Optima Telekoma.
Abstract (english)
The first part of the final paper deals with the types and elements of financial statements and procedures in the analysis of financial statements. Financial statements are business documents that provide information about the financial position and financial performance of a company. The annual financial statements are: balance sheet, income statement, statement of other comprehensive income, statement of cash flows, statement of changes in equity and notes. The financial statements are compared with horizontal analysis, vertical analysis and analysis using financial indicators. Financial indicators are: liquidity indicators, indebtedness indicators, activity indicators, economy indicators, profitability indicators and investment indicators. The second part of the final paper analyzes the operations of Hrvatski Telekom and Optima Telekom. The conducted analysis established that Hrvatski Telekom operates more successfully than Optima Telekom.
