Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada jesu marketinške specifičnosti društvenih mreža. Na početku se navodi definicija marketinga i marketinškog miksa te se spominje kako se navike potrošača mijenjaju iz dana u dan i njihovi zahtjevi postaju složeniji. Zatim objašnjavam pojam oglašavanja budući da je razvoj tehnologije i digitalnih medija omogućio lakšu provedbu marketinških aktivnosti i mnoge tvrtke su kao primarni medij oglašavanja izabrale upravo Internet. Marketing stručnjaci uvidjeli su potencijal koje im je donijelo ovo digitalno doba te su shvatili kako uz niže troškove mogu doprijeti do većeg broja kupaca, a čak im je omogućeno detaljno ciljanje potrošača što je dodatno unaprijedilo prodaju i osiguralo da oglas dođe do točno određene ciljne skupine. Svaka društvena mreža ima svoje marketinške specifičnosti i svoju ciljnu skupinu, a Facebook još uvijek prednjači po pitanju kvalitete i dosega broja ljudi putem oglasa. Oglašavanje putem društveni mreža postalo je neizostavan dio marketinga skoro pa svake kompanije jer su postali glavni komunikacijski kanali između potrošača i oglašivača.
Abstract (english)
The main topic of this final paper is the marketing specifics of social networks. At the beginning we talk about the definition of marketing and marketing mix and it is mentioned that consumer habits change from day to day and their requirements become more complex. Then I explain the concept of advertising since the development of technology and digital media has made it easier to implement marketing activities and many companies have chosen the Internet as the primary medium of advertising. Marketing experts saw the potential of this digital age and realized that at lower costs they could reach more customers and even enable detailed consumer targeting, which further improved sales and ensured that the ad reached a specific target group. Each social network has its own marketing specifics and its own target group, and Facebook still leads in terms of quality and reach of the number of people through ads. Advertising through social networks has become an indispensable part of marketing for almost every company because they have become the main communication channels between consumers and advertisers.
