Abstract
Ovim radom se dokazuju povezanosti teorije stilova vođenja s praktičnim dijelom na primjeru poduzeća Poskok d.o.o. Rad je podjeljen u nekoliko cjelina. U uvodu postoji definiranje problema koje se odnosi na povezivanje i utvrđivanje veze teorijskog dijela s praktičnim. To bi u ovom slučaju bila klasfikacija od šest stilova s vođenjem u Poskoku. Dakle cilj je bio dokazati da se može teorija primjeniti na realnom poduzeću. Utvrđeno je da može te objašnjeno kako utječe. U tome su pomogle metode rada koje su bile istraživanje pomoću literature te povezivanje u cjelinu. Također metoda koja se koristila bila je intervju koja je znatno olakšala predodžbu stilova u Poskok-u. Na kraju se postigao prvotni cilj. U radu se uspio povezati praktični dio s teorijom. Dobio se rezultat koji je prevladavajući stil u poduzeću što bi značilo da su metode rada i istraživanje ispunile cilj. Dobili su se rezultati koji su u skladu sa teorijskim opisima afiljativnog i instruktivnog vođe. Iz toga se se iznjeli zaključci koliko stilovi vođenja utječu na poslovanje što su mnogi autori kroz povijest istraživali i potvrdili.

Parallel abstract (English)
This paper proves the connection in theory of leadership styles with the practical part on the example company Poskok d.o.o. The work is devided into several sections. In the introduction there is a definition of the problem concerning the connection and establishing links with the theoretical and the practical part. In this case it would be the classification devided in six styles with leadership in Poskok. So the goal was to prove that the theory can be applied ro real firms. That helped the methods which were investigated by means of literature and were combined in a unit. Also a method used was the interview which significantly facilitated the perception of styles in Poskok. Finally, the original goal was achived. The paper managed to connect practical with the theory. The result was the prevailing style of leadership in the company which would mean that the methods of work and the research met the target. The obtained results were consistent with theoretical descriptions of affiliative and instructional leadership. From that it was concluded how much leadership styles impact the business as many authors throughout history investigated and confirmed.
