Abstract
Za strategiju poduzeća može se reći da je plan i poslovni pristup koji se koristi za porast poslovanja, zauzimanje pozicije na tržištu, privlačenje kupaca te postizanje i ostvarenje ciljeva poduzeća. Strategija poduzeća treba biti u skladu sa vanjskom i unutarnjom okolinom poduzeća, njihovim ciljevima, vrijednostima i resursima, ali i sa strukturom poduzeća i njegovom organizacijom. Također, strategija jednog poduzeća treba se razlikovati od strategije drugog poduzeća, te na taj način razvijati konkurentske sposobnosti, ali voditi računa i o tome da je strategija stalan proces, ne samo zbog okoline, koja je često promjenjiva, nego i zbog želje i potrebe poduzeća za konstantnim usavršavanjem.

The company's strategy is a plan and business approach which is used for business development, taking positions on the market, attraction of customers and achieving company's goals. The company's strategy should be in balance with external and internal environment, company's goals, values and resources, and also with the company's structure and it's organisational structure. Also, strategy of one company should be different from another company's strategy, becaouse it is used for it's competitive advantages and every company needs to know that strategy is ongoing process, not only because oft he environment, which is changeable, but also because of the company's goals for continuous improvement.
