Abstract
Važni nositelji svih potrebnih informacija unutar računovodstvenog procesa poduzeća jesu financijski izvještaji koji predstavljaju osnovu za analizu poslovanja svakog poduzeća. Analiza financijskih izvještaja nam pruža informacije o tome kakve poslovne rezultate je poduzeće ostvarilo u prethodnom razdoblju te informacije o tome kako bi se poduzeće trebalo poboljšati unutar nadolazećih razdoblja. Problem ovoga istraživanja jest dobivanje informacija na temelju analize financijskih izvještaja, o poslovanju poduzeća Franck d.d. i Dukat d.d. te uočavanje njihovih prednosti i nedostataka u poslovnom procesu, a glavni cilj ovog istraživanja bio je dobiti uvid o položaju navedenih poduzeća u prehrambenoj industriji na temelju financijskih pokazatelja u 2019. i 2020. godini. Prilikom samog postupka analize, koristile su se horizontalna i vertikalna analiza bilance i računa dobiti i gubitka te analiza na temelju financijskih pokazatelja. Nakon svih provedenih analiza, možemo zaključiti kako prema financijskim pokazateljima navedena poduzeća ne ostvaruju zadovoljavajuće rezultate, ali ostvaruju financijsku uspješnost jer oba poduzeća u svim promatranim godinama posluju s dobitkom te im se dobitci s vremenom sve više povećavaju.
Abstract (english)
Important carriers of all necessary information within the accounting process of the company are the financial statements that form the basis for the analysis of the business of each company. The analysis of the financial statements provides us with information on what business results the company has achieved in the previous period and information on how the company should improve within the coming periods. The problem of this research is to obtain information based on the analysis of financial statements, about the business of Franck d.d. and Dukat d.d. and noticing their advantages and disadvantages in the business process, and the main goal of this research was to gain insight into the position of these companies in the food industry based on financial indicators in year 2019 and year 2020. During the analysis process itself, horizontal and vertical analysis of the balance sheet and profit and loss account and analysis based on financial indicators were used. After all the analyzes, we can conclude that according to financial indicators, these companies do not achieve satisfactory results, but achieve financial success because both companies in all observed years operate at a profit and their profits increase over time.
