Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je prikazati i istražiti stilove vođenja firme "SVPETRVS HOTELI d.d." na svim menadžerskim razinama. U svrhu istraživanja proveden je anketni upitnik sa 14 sažetih i direktnih pitanja o načinu vođenja kojeg primjenjuju menadžeri. U početnom dijelu rada iznesena je tema rada i cilj te su objašnjeni najbitniji pojmovi i podjele u menadžmentu. U središnjem dijelu prikazane su osnovne informacije o poslovanju i financijama u firmi "SVPETRVS HOTELI d.d.". Kasnije je analiziran upitnik po pitanjima te je zaključak kako menadžeri najviše primjenjuju demokratski stil vođenja uz djelomičan autokratski stil.
Abstract (english)
The aim of these graduate thesis is to present and explore the leadership styles of the company "SVPETRVS HOTELI d.d." at all managerial levels. For this purpose, a survey research was conducted with 14 concise and direct questions on the management style applied by managers. In the initial part of the work, the topic and the goal are presented, and are explained the most important concepts and divisions in management. The central part presents basic informations about business and finances in the company "SVPETRVS HOTELI d.d.". Later, a questionnaire was analyzed and it was concluded that managers mostly use a democratic style of leadership with partially autocratic style.
