Abstract
Procjena isplativosti ulaganja u charter agenciju vrši se kroz analizu elemenata poslovnog plana. U teorijskom dijelu rada definirati će se vrste analiza koje će se koristiti prilikom pisanja rada. U praktičnom dijelu rada na primjeru charter agencije „Sailing dream“ definirati će se podaci i razlog otvaranja poduzeća. Cilj rada je analizirati rentabilnost ulaganje, istražiti ciljano tržište te na posljetku prikazati je li investicija isplativa. Da bi poslovni plan bio željeno uspješan jako je važno da plan bude kvalitetno razrađen i predstavljen. Detaljno će se anlizirati će se ljudski i financijski resursi.
Abstract (english)
The assessment of the profitability of investing in a charter agency is done through the analysis of the elements of the business plan. The theoretical part of the business plan will define the types of analysis that will be used when writing the plan. In the practical part of the plan on the example of charter agency "Sailing dream" there will be defined data and the reason for opening a charter agency. The aim of this paper is to analyze the return on investment, explore the target market and finally show whether the investment is profitable. In order for a business plan to be successful, it is very important that the plan is well developed and presented. Human and financial resources will be fully analyzed.
